5 Things That Are Nothing Short of Miracles Found Only In Australia

Australia is a beautiful part of the world where much is always happening. Fairytale miracles like Santa actually distributing gifts on Christmas or Cinderella finding her prince through a lost shoe are best reserved for storytelling. Real life miracles have to be toned down a tad in order for them to be classed as miracles.

That being said, Australia has some miracles of its own that might rival the little girl in the forest and her wolf friend’s story for most people. They say ‘beauty is in the eye of the beholder’. Miracles don’t live in books anymore. When you have the right kind of eye, you can see them where they are for real.

When we talk about miracles, they can be just everything around us. From beautiful wonders of the wilderness in Australia to some services that are not found anywhere else in the world, are all specific to the country. Here are some that you might find surprising:

The Magical Pink Lakes

Okay, so if you haven’t been living under a rock for the past 20 years of internet and social media life, you must’ve heard about the beautiful and almost abnormal pink lakes of Australia. Although some are losing their customary pink color with each passing year, some are still pretty pink. However, don’t take that word ‘pretty’ to heart for these lakes. Most of these are not easy to get to at all.

Take the famous Lake Hillier, for example, situated on the Middle Island in a chain of Islands called Recherche Archipelago in Western Australia, it is surrounded by a thick natural forest. You will most likely have to be dropped in by a helicopter if you want to have a swim in one of these.

Its water is very salty and famously it discoverer, Matthew Flinders, and his ship took heaps of salt from its shores. It’s large as well and probably very deep. Don’t forget your swimsuit if you wish to take a dip in Lake Hillier, however. You will find its water extremely salinity making you float like a cork in a very pink bottle of wine.

Absolute Natural Calm

Although you can find calm in many parts of the world, when it comes to absoluteness of it, Australia has many other parts of the world beat by a distance. And we literally mean by a distance as most major cities in the country are separated by miles upon miles of land. If you are a happy camper, you will surely find spots that are truly untouched and will probably be untouched by anyone other than you.

Take a trip to any forest or small islands in the country and you will probably have time to write your new poetry book as well. It’s literally that calm in that part of the world. The country has such a long shoreline that you can probably fit a few small countries on it.

Hiring a boat and going on a truly calm fishing trip in the sea is a great idea as well. When you choose a nice and quiet spot in the so vast waters, you can truly get away from all the city life and its buzzes.

The Amazing Switch

Yes, that’s right! Australia has an amazing switch. O well, hear us out first or at least give it a read. When we say switch, we practically mean how you can switch between a big cities lives to an adventure filled outdoor wildlife safari. There is practically everything to enjoy in the country.

You have the option to take a forest camping tour from any of the big cities, big coastal cities like Melbourne always provide the option to enjoy big city life and also go on a boat trip anytime you want. This amazing switch works in most parts of the country. Anywhere you are staying or living, you can switch to the opposite end of the spectrum quickly.

However, when touring the country, you must plan everything accordingly. It is also easy to stray from your planned tour and find yourself in a spot where you don’t want to be.

Nothing (Almost) Gets Wasted

Okay, so now we are talking technicalities. Australia is a very environmentally friendly country in the world. This is without a doubt one great miracle that got done by people in the country and needs to happen in all other parts of the world as well. The country is very well known for its recycling efforts and making use of as much waste materials as possible.

From plastics to metals and cardboard to paper, everything gets treated correctly. Even cars, when they get too old get taken by car removal companies who deal with them responsibly. All big cities have their fair share of such vehicle removal companies. Cash for Cars Melbourne services and also for other cities like Sydney, Adelaide and/or Brisbane also pay old car owners quite a bit of cash for what their car’s materials are worth.

Now, of course, no single company or industry can claim to be 100% ecofriendly let alone a large country as Australia. But when it comes to setting standards, Australia is certainly at the top of the chain in world countries.

The Little Big Things

Then we get to the little things that are big in their own rights. The Sydney Opera House might have gotten old now but is still a true wonder of the world. The amazing 4 seasoned weather with some of the best coastal cities of the world never fails to amaze tourists.

Whether it is manmade things you look for or natural beauties of the world, Australia has got it all. People in the country are super friendly and you have some of the most remote accommodations getting you in touch with the true beauty of Australia.

Most big cities in the country are as vibrant as any other place in the world, if not more. There is simply so much to see on an Australian tour that you probably need to spend an excessive amount of time if you want to get familiar with much that the country has to offer. Oh, and don’t forget the amazing street food most big cities have to offer. Surely this is a culture that should happen all across the world.
